How Aii Works

Three connected layers that build real skills and a real career direction.

01

Weekly Theatre Session

Parent and child together for ages 3–8, or student independently for ages 9–17. Movie-style learning on a big screen with a guided group debrief. 1 credit = 1 hour.

02

Home Practicals (20 hrs/Month)

Guided activities done at home. Parents photograph or video the child completing tasks and submit through the Aii Parent Portal with a short reflection note.

03

Quarterly Talent Snapshot

Mentors review all submitted evidence and generate a personalised report with observed strengths, areas to develop, and next career recommendations.
